Mission Statement
The Women's Ministry of Trinity Baptist Church exists to minister spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically to women of Trinity Baptist Church and our local and global communities.
To live out our mission statement, an exciting program has been developed that includes ongoing Bible study, The Heart to Heart mentoring program, retreats, outreach events, missions, an exercise program, fundraisers, and outings to conferences and concerts. Mission Opportunities
There are two wonderful mission opportunities for you to serve God by serving others. You can reach out to women in need in your own city by working with The Kelli Cox Group as they minister to women in the Women’s Prison. All Ladies are encouraged to join them. Please contact Mandi Johnson o find out how you can become involved.
In addition, there is a need for tutors at Georgia Avenue School. Once a month a group has been meeting at Trinity to carpool to the school. These dear children are so much in need of our help. Please contact Margaret Jameson at 759-5955 for more information on this project. |

Heart to Heart Mentoring Ministry
 " . . . The mentoring program was very well received, and all of the Women who participated were blessed by it. They had the chance to get to know each other, learn from each other, and grow together. We will be scheduling another orientation and pairing of mentors/mentees in the Fall, so please be praying about your involvement in this program. The Knitting Group
 The knitting class is having a great time together each Thursday at 10:00am in the Conference Room. They are working on prayer shawls and caps for nearby hospitals and clinics. If you wish to participate in this project, they would love to have you join them, and if you don’t know how to knit, they’ll be happy to teach you! Forty from Trinity attended the Deeper Still Conference in Nashville, TN on September 7 & 8. Speakers for the conference, which brought in over 22,000 women from all over the United States, included Priscilla Shirer, Beth Moore and Kay Arthur.
